Note Description

The Edit Note Description screen is used to change the description of the note to something more specific. This description will appear in the Index of Schedule Notes.

From a return or schedule if you click [F9] then Practice Import to attach a practice note, the description will be the same as the practice note. If you later overwrite the note with another standard practice note, the description will not change unless you select Note Description and edit it.
