The Print Option Copies Tab allows you to nominate the number of copies required for each of the income tax return job-stream components.
If you are printing Letters with the Return, the layouts (or templates) to be used must be specified on the Letter tab.
If you choose the Motor vehicle substantiation declaration letter layout, this only applies to Individual Returns.
If you are printing Invoices with the Return, the layouts (or templates) to be used must be specified on the Print Options Invoice tab.
The Control Record > Defaults tab has settings to enable Tax to generate Invoice Numbers automatically to use this function, refer to Defaults for Invoice Printing.
Save As (AE, Series 6 & 8)
Save As has the same function as it does in any Microsoft product and allows you to retain the original Jobstream and create the current screen as a new Jobstream.
