Section A: Fund information

Fund information covers all Fund details and EFT requirements. The Fund Information tab comprises Items 1 to 9:

• Item 1 - Tax File Number (TFN).

• Item 2 - Name of the superannuation fund or trust.

• Item 3 - Australian Business Number (ABN) (if applicable).

• Item 4 - Current postal address.

• Item 5 - Tax return status.

• Item 6 - Trustee Details.

• Item 7 - Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

• Item 8 - Status of fund or trust.

• Item 9 - Was the fund wound up during the income year?
