Selecting the end of the Range of Contacts

Accountants Enterprise only

These fields consist of ten (10) characters each. Here you nominate the range of contacts to be sorted from in this sort sequence. The default is from first to last and to accept these, press [Enter] over each of the fields. For example:

Name Selection 

From: ALLGPRO

To: WARD Mask: *

All the contacts with contact codes in the range of ALLGPRO and WARD will be included in the sort sequence.

Include Types

These checkboxes determine the Contacts types that you wish to include. Select the checkboxes which correspond to the status types you wish to include, for example, clients, prospects.
