Batch Delete Sort View Index

Accountants Enterprise only

This is an index of all the contacts in on your database.

To delete sort views attached to particular contact(s), highlight the relevant contacts and click Toggle or [Alt+T]. A tick displays to the left of a selected contact.

To de-select a contact, select a contact and click Toggle. The tick beside the contact disappears, indicating it has been de-selected.

Once you have selected all the contacts for which you wish to delete sort views, click Execute or [Alt+E].

• Enter the sort view code you wish to delete and the sort view value if applicable. Click OK to proceed with the deletion.
