Deleting a Batch of Contacts

Accountants Enterprise only

The contact list allows you to delete more than one contact in a single operation.

To delete one or more contacts
  1. Select Utilities > Batch Delete contact/employee. The Batch Delete contact/employee index displays.

  2. From the list of contacts select Toggle for each contact to be included in the process.
    Alternatively, to select several contacts quickly, use the arrow and Enter keys.
    To remove a selected contact press Enter again. A tick to the left of the contact indicates the contact will be deleted.

  3. When the contacts are chosen, select the Execute button. The Print / Preview window displays.

  4. Follow the prompts to complete the process. The report will indicate if there is any reason that the contact cannot be deleted.
