This window has tabs for licensed codes and usage by application.
On the Usage tab, drill down allows the list of users for each application to be displayed. This is useful to determine which team members are using what applications before a system backup or software installation.
To view the Licence details

Click View > Licenced apps to open the Licence Status window. For each application, the total licensed number of Multiple User Licences (MULs) is displayed along with the number used.

To drill down by application to see who is logged in:

select the Usage tab and

click the + button.
