Listing Shared Data
Accountants Enterprise only
This option enables you to print a listing of the contacts in your database showing the shared details, for example, addresses and names. Each contact has its shared data listed according to the type of item, for example, types of addresses, types of names, etc. Click Reports > Shared Data. The Output Device window displays, prompting you to select an output device to which the listing will be printed.
After selecting an output device, you are then required to nominate the range of contacts you wish to include in the shared data report. In the From and To fields, nominate the first and last contacts of the range on which you wish to report.
If you choose to print the listing to screen, the End of Report buttons display at the conclusion of the listing.
