Printing a list of letter layouts in Tax Calculator 2023

AE Tax only

To print a list of letter layouts

  1. Click Maintenance > Client Letters or Maintenance > Master Letters.

  2. From the Letters index, click File > List.

  3. The default mask (*) will include all the letter layouts in the Letters index. You can key in a mask to restrict the listing to letters whose codes have specific features or attributes.

  4. Click OK.

  5. Complete the Preview/Print screen, to output to screen, printer or disk file.
