Only complete this item if you have been notified in writing by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) that you are required to lodge a Reportable tax position schedule in the current year.

Choose Yes from the list at label B if you have been notified in writing by the ATO that you are required to lodge a reportable tax position schedule in 2019.

According to ATO instructions, the Reportable tax position schedule 2019 or the Reportable tax position early disclosure form 2019 are not available to be lodged in 2019 and should be completed online at www.ato.gov.au. The ATO advises that these forms may be saved to your computer and then printed.
