Field	Description
Entity name	Two lines of up to sixty characters are available. Enter the full name of the organisation or entity you are dealing with.
Trading name	Two lines of up to sixty characters are available. Enter the trading name or an alternative entity name if applicable in this field. Otherwise press [Enter] to bypass this field.
Other details	Enter the Australian Company Number or the Australian Registered Business Number, or the VAT number in this field if applicable; up to thirty numeric characters are available. Select the OK button to save the details. The window is refreshed for further data entry. Press [Esc] to exit the Details for Entity window.
