Print Batch Index

Accountants Enterprise and Series 6/8 only

The Print Batch index lists all the returns or, if opened from Tax Calculator, all calculations on your system. Build the batch of returns to be included in the print by selecting and de-selecting returns.

To select a return or calculation

  1. Highlight a return or calculation.

  2. click [Enter] or Select, or double click the code. To de-select a return or calculation repeat any of these operations on the selected return or calculation.

    A tick indicates that a return is selected for printing. When you de-select a return the tick is removed.

  3. When the batch is completed, click OK to continue to the print options.
