The Paragraphs window is divided into the following sections:

Search — this field is used to find a specific paragraph or report. See Searching paragraphs.

Paragraphs list — the Paragraphs list provides an index of all the reports and the paragraphs within each report. Double-click a paragraph to view and edit the paragraph content. See Editing static text and Inserting and editing variables.

Toggle Groups — change the view of the Paragraphs list. By default, the paragraphs are grouped by report. Click to display a list of paragraphs in alphabetical order.

Preferences button — to display the cents for all currency values in the paragraph.

Edit Paragraph button — view and edit paragraph content. See Editing static text and Inserting and editing variables.
