Accountants Enterprise only
If security access is enabled, and you have lost the password for all users and cannot access Corporate Compliance, contact MYOB Client Services for a Security by-pass key.
- Click Start > Programs > MYOB Accountants Office > Corporate Compliance Utilities > Utilities.
- Click Security By-Pass on the Task Bar.
- Click Bypass. The By-Pass Security window opens.
Contact MYOB Client Services.
You will be asked to provide the Key to Quote.
You will be given an Unlock Key to enter.
Click OK. If the unlock key is valid, the security option is turned off.
Close and re open the Corporate Compliance Utilities. You can now change the user security settings.
