The Contact Documents Defaults tab enables your practice to set the default number of months that documents are listed in the Documents tabs. The number of documents to be displayed can be set to be between 6 and 120 months. The default number of months is 18.
- Select Maintenance > Maintenance Map (AO) > Documents > Document Manager Setup. Document Manager Setup opens on the Welcome tab.
- Click the Contact Documents Defaults tab. The Contact Documents Defaults tab is displayed.
- Enter the default number of months to show documents.
- Enter a number between 6 and 120.
- Click Finish. The Document Manager Setup closes and all the entered and changed information is saved.
