Document properties

All documents existing in sub-directories within the client code directory will be migrated.

Any sub-directories that contain apostrophes are ignored during the migration.

The migration process can be set to ignore documents of a certain type, such as:

• .tmp

• .bak

• .dat

• .zip

• .rar

• .myo

• .qbe

• .qbw

• .dot

• .xlt

• .exe

During migration, documents can be profiled as follows:

• Filing Cabinet — Pre-DM or based according to your Filing Cabinet setup.

• Year — Relevant year as in the Windows structure or Pre-DM.

• Author — MYOB recommends that this a non-current or administrator user.

• Doc Created Date — The document Last Modified Date from Window will be used.

Take notice of any duplicate folder links and if there are any missing files or other anomalies.
