Employee document security settings

To set the security rights for an employee
  1. Select Employee pageDocument Settings > Security tab. The Security sub-tab displays.

  2. Select the following options, as required.

    • Click the Approver checkbox. Selecting this option will enable the employee to approve documents.

    • Click the Document Manager Administrator checkbox. Selecting this option will assign Document Manager administrator rights to the employee.

    • Click the Allow deletion of In Progress documents checkbox. Selecting this option will enable the employee to delete documents with a status of In Progress.

  3. Click OK. The Employee page closes and all changes are saved.
