To set the security rights for an employee

Select Employee page > Document Settings > Security tab. The Security sub-tab displays.

Select the following options, as required.

Click the Approver checkbox. Selecting this option will enable the employee to approve documents.

Click the Document Manager Administrator checkbox. Selecting this option will assign Document Manager administrator rights to the employee.

Click the Allow deletion of In Progress documents checkbox. Selecting this option will enable the employee to delete documents with a status of In Progress.

Click OK. The Employee page closes and all changes are saved.
