Using Document Manager, workpapers and checklists can be generated automatically using the MYOB Intranet standard templates. In subsequent years, the workpapers can be rolled over ready to start work immediately. This also ensures that all outgoing documentation to clients is consistent. The use of standard documents and the retrieval of names and addresses saves on the duplication of work and reduces errors.
MYOB Intranet can be accessed from the Documents icon on the toolbar.
