Syncing a cloud based ledger
You can synchronise the data from a source ledger (MYOB / Quickbooks) to a client file. After syncing the ledger, any changes made to the source ledger will automatically synchronise overnight into the Client Accounting client file.

Syncing a MYOB Business file
You can easily sync a MYOB Business file to an existing client in MYOB Practice. Once the file is synced, you can start working on the file in Client Accounting.

Syncing a file when linking the client for the first time
Click Setup automatic sync.

In the Sync settings window, scroll down to Existing sync and select MYOB Business Sync.

Once you’ve setup the sync, select the ledger at Sync reference drop-down to be connected with this client. Select Save changes.

Click Setup automatic sync.

In the Sync settings window, select Link with Quickbooks connection
Select Save and Continue. You will be redirected to the accounting software's login page.
Log in using the credentials of a user with access to the file.
