Using the diagnostic tool

The MYOB OnTheGo Diagnostic Tool allows you to check your connection to MYOB OnTheGo and correct any issues that may arise.

There are a five stages in the diagnostic tool:

  1. Checking your MYOB OnTheGo service

  2. Reading the lookup.xml file location
  3. Loading database configurations from lookup.xml

  4. Checking the database
  5. Checking the web connections
