Comments are usually added to a PDF to indicate a change or edit, that is or may be required. You need to find them quickly and easily, then make necessary changes and edits in the source document (for example, a Microsoft Word document, PowerPoint presentation or Excel spreadsheet).
- Select a document in the Source Documents tab.
Click the Document Mark Up tab. The document will open in the Document Mark Up tab.
Click the Comments tab to the left of the document. The Comments pane opens, displaying the list of pages where comments have been added.
Click the plus icon beside a page to display a list of all comments made on that page.
Click each entry to go to its comment image.
- Double-click the image to open its comment text box if it is not visible.
