Locking/unlocking comments

You may occasionally need to “lock” your added comments so that they cannot be moved or changed in the PDF. When locked, all existing comments images and text will be frozen in place and cannot be moved or edited outside PDF Manager.

Locking/unlocking affects all existing comment images and text in the document. Comments added after locking/unlocking will be unlocked by default.

If you intend to lock all comment images and text in a document, wait until you have added every comment.

To lock comment images and text

Click anywhere in the document.
Right-click and select Lock/Unlock.

All existing comments in the document will be locked and cannot be moved or edited in any way. Right-clicking any of these comment images or text will display a tick beside Lock/Unlock in the right-click menu.
