Security Options settings | MYOB Practice Support

The Security Options view allows you choose from three different encryption levels for your PDFs. You can change the security levels at any time.See Encryption settings for details about each of the three levels of encryption available to you.

To change the security settings

Select PDF Manager menu > Tools > Options. The Options window opens.
Click the Security Options button. The Security options appear.
Select one of the following Encryption levels from the drop-down:

The Encryption level setting dictates which of the following options on this screen may be changed.

Select or deselect the Permission Options:Allow changeAllow notesAllow copyAllow filling in form fieldsAllow assemblyAllow copy for accessibility.

Select or deselect to Allow printing.

Select either:

High resolution printing
Low resolution printing.

Click OK.
