MYOB AE (Accountants Enterprise, also known as Practice Manager or VPM) has all the functions of a comprehensive practice management system, plus additional tools to automate and improve productivity.
To save with MYOB AE

Select PDF Manager menu > File > Save With. The Save With window opens.

Select MYOB AE from the Product drop-down. Your settings will automatically pre-fill, but you can edit them if necessary.

Click

Select an assignment for the selected client. Only assignments relating to the selected client appear.

Type a description.
The file path defaults from MYOB AE. You should enter the file name.

Click OK.

Set the Encryption level.

Click OK.
