Using Save With for MYOB AO Classic

MYOB AO Classic is MYOB’s practice management software that is undergoing end-of-life. Technical support for this environment can no longer be guaranteed in the long term. In the interim, PDF Manager has been adjusted to accommodate MYOB AO Classic to assist clients who have not yet converted to MYOB AO.


To save with MYOB AO Classic
  1. Select PDF Manager menu > File > Save With. The Save With window opens.
  2. Select AO Classic from the Product drop-down. Your settings will automatically pre-fill, but you can edit them if necessary.
  3. Type a description.
  4. If you want to secure this PDF, enter a Password, then confirm that password by re-entering it.
  5. Click OK.
