Profiles allows you to record and access all the information relating to a particular client and the work attached to that client. It is a powerful tool that enables a practice to have client data close at hand.
Select PDF Manager menu > File > Save With. The Save With window opens.
Select Profiles from the Product drop-down. Your settings will automatically pre-fill, but you can edit them if necessary.
Type a description.
If you want to secure this PDF, enter a Password, then confirm that password by re-entering it.
