Extra fields

Extra fields record additional information about a contact, client or employee where the value can be different in each instance.

• There are system extra fields such as Date of Birth, TFN (AU) and IRD (NZ)
• You can add your own custom extra fields.
• Extra fields can be included and filtered on in reports
• Extra fields can be inserted into document templates to include the data in letters produced for clients.
  
  

Extra fields are displayed in the Extra tab on the Contact, Client, Supplier (AE), Assignment Details (AE) and Employee pages.

In AO Classic, extras fields were known as UDF's
