Accountants Enterprise only
In MYOB Accountants Enterprise (AE), you may wish to generate a report on all Phone or Email types attached to your clients.
As there is currently no report that displays a list of all Phone types in AE, we've put together the following Excel spreadsheets to generate the list for you.
This spreadsheet is designed to provide basic information catering for a broad range of requirements. If changes are needed to the spreadsheet, they may be undertaken as a chargeable service, in the same way as report customisations.

|All Client Phone Numbers by Client Code by Department showing if client closed.xls||Includes the client code, client name, the phone number type, the number, the department that the client belongs to and if the client is closed, the date it was closed.|
Right-click on the relevant link in the Report column of the above table.
From the drop-down menu, choose Save Link As...
Navigate to a memorable folder location then click Save. The report is saved to this folder.
Using Windows File Explorer, navigate to the location you saved the spreadsheet in, and double-click on the file to open it in Excel.
- From within Excel, click the Data tab > Refresh All.
- If you receive a Microsoft Excel Security Notice, click OK to accept.
- If you are prompted with an SQL Server login screen, enter your SQL password and click OK.
