Selecting and running reports

When you run a report, the Report Fields window may prompt you to specify the filters.

There are various options for entering a value for a filter, depending on the type of data required. If a drop-down list or ellipse button is displayed, you select a value from the choices offered, otherwise type in a valid value or formula.

If neither is available, make your selection from the available options to ensure you make a valid selection.

When all filter selections are complete, click OK to preview the report.

You can bypass any or all of the filters. To do so, click OK to display all the data without any filters applied.

Once you preview a report, you can print it via the Print icon.
