Step 7—New clients' assignments

Accountants Enterprise with Practice Manager only

This step is only available if you are creating a client. The Add Assignments from Template window of the Create Client Wizard lists all the available assignment templates. The assignments you select are displayed on the client page > Assignments tab of the new client.

Open the Assignment Template Group drop-down to list the assignments for a particular template group.

To select an existing assignment for a client

Complete the mandatory steps in Step 1—Personal details and responsibility and Step 2—Extra details.
Click Finish. The Add Assignment window opens.
Click Yes to add an assignment to this client. The Add Assignment Wizard opens at Step 1—Create Assignment for Client opens with the Client field automatically filled with the new client’s name. Refer to Using the Add Assignment Wizard for more information on how to create an assignment for a client.
