The Find Employee page enables you to search the employee records in your database and identify which employees are active in the database.
Select Contacts > Open > Employee on the toolbar. The Find Employees page opens.
De-select Include Inactive Employees to view active employees only.
Click Search to display all current/active employees.
Check the employee has a my.MYOB login in the Find Employee window.
If the my.MYOB login column doesn't appear in the Find Employee window, right-click an existing column header to access the Field Chooser. From the Field Chooser window drag the my.MYOB login field onto your existing column headers and check the employee also has a my.myob login linked to their record.
