AO Classic 23.0.0 hotfix 51806835 (New Zealand)

Release notes

This hotfix addresses an issue where the latest install of AO Classic 23.0.0 doesn't include your practice name on reports such as returns, general ledger and invoices.

Install guide
  • Make sure you have version 23.0.0 installed on your network or standalone computer.
  • Make sure everyone's logged out of all MYOB programs.
  • Check that your computer meets the system requirements.
  • Disable your antivirus.
  • Backing up my AO Classic data.
To install the hotfix
  1. Download the MYOB AO Classic Hotfix 51806835 - Update file from my.MYOB.
  2. Locate and run the .exe install file. The installation files are extracted and the InstallShield wizard opens.

  3. Click OK to begin the installation.

  4. Click Next.
  5. Review the release notes from the link.
  6. Click Install AO Classic to run the installer.
  7. Click Finish.

To confirm a successful installation:

  1. Click Help > About
  2. Make sure that Licensed to displays your practice name. If you don't see your practice name, contact MYOB support.
