In MYOB Tax you can apply page setups as a practice default for when printing tax forms. These settings then apply to all users unless you apply default page setups at a user level. For more details refer to Applying default page setups to a user.

Following is information regarding how to allocate a practice default page setup.

To view your practice default page setups, open any tax return and follow the menu path: Utilities > Practice default options > Return print setup.

To apply practice default page setups
  1. Open any return for the year that you want to allocate the practice default page setups and follow the menu path Utilities > Practice default options > Return print setup. The Print Setup window appears.

If the Enter Master Password window appears, type your password and press ENTER.
  2. Click the ellipses button [...] on the relevant form, highlight the required page setup and click Select. The Print Setup window appears.
  3. Repeat step 2 for each of the sections that default page setups are required for.
  4. Click OK. The return appears and the practice default page setups are allocated to the required print setup items.

Allocating a practice default page setup does override a user preference page setup. If you want to override the practice default with a user preference page setup refer to Overriding a user preference with the practice default page setup
