This support note applies to:

When printing a report in Accessing an asset register for a client, you may not be able to print a report if you use Chrome browser.
- At the top right, click > Settings.
- In the Search settings field, type in pdf.
- Choose Site Settings.
- Choose PDF documents.
- Turn "On" for the option Download PDF files instead of automatically opening them in Chrome.
- Close your browser and restart Chrome.
- Try printing the report again.
