Cannot delete assignments in AE Practice Manager if you have documents profiled to them

This support note applies to:

• AE Document Manager (NZ)
• AE Practice Manager (NZ)
• AE Practice Manager (AU)
• AE Document Manager (AU)

In MYOB Accountants Enterprise Practice Manager (AE PM) where you are running Document Manager, assignments cannot be deleted once you have documents profiled to them.

The following instructions will assist with this issue. You can close the assignments that you no longer need instead of deleting them.

Closed assignments do appear when profiling documents so you will need to be careful when selecting the assignment.
