This support note applies to:
- AE Practice Manager (NZ)
- AE Practice Manager (AU)
In MYOB Accountants Enterprise Practice Manager (AE PM), you may need to correct or amend a posted Timesheet or Disbursement sheet.
If the Correction or C button is not available, check the following instances;
- Only employees with the required Authorisation settings can correct a timesheet once it has been posted.
Refer to Setting up employees to authorise bills and timesheets.
- Once a period has been closed off, corrections to prior period entries cannot be made.
- Corrections cannot be done for transactions already billed or partially billed.
- In AE PM, the Timesheet Lock Date can be set. Timesheets entries prior to the Timesheet Lock Date cannot be corrected.
