Document Manager icons disappearing from System Tray

This support note applies to:

• AO Document Manager (AU)
• AO Classic Document Manager (AU)
• AO Classic Document Manager (NZ)
• AO Document Manager (NZ)
• AE Document Manager (NZ)
• AE Document Manager (AU)

In MYOB Document Manager (DM) the DM icon in the System Tray enables you to add and search for documents without having to open MYOB. 
This icon is installed as part of the workstation setup for DM. For further information, refer to Installing or Uninstalling AE Document Manager and Intranet workstation setup

If the DM icon does not appear after running the workstation install, you can make it reappear from the Startup or MYOB menu.

1. Click Start >All Programs > Startup > Document Manager Shortcuts. The Document Manager icon appears in the System Tray or
2. Click Start > All Programs > MYOB > Document Manager Shortcuts. The Document Manager icon appears in the System Tray.
