Documents created using the Add function are not saved to Document Manager

In MYOB Document Manager (DM) 5.4.26, after creating a Microsoft Word or Excel document using the Add function on the TASKS bar, you may notice that the document has not been saved into Document Manager.

This occurs where the DMtoolbar is missing from Word or Excel.

We're aware of this issue and we're looking into a solution.

To re-register the DMToolbar

After re-registering the DMtoolbar, you'll need to re-open and close the document. This document can be found in the My Checked Out Documents homepage located under the Documents drop-down arrow.
