Ensuring the Reporter menus appear in MAS

This support note applies to:

  • AE Reporter (NZ)

  • AE Reporter (AU)

  • AE MAS (NZ)

  • AE MAS (AU)

In MYOB Accountants Enterprise (AE) Management Accounting System (MAS) you produce Financial Reports through AE Reporter which you access from the Reports menu in MAS.

For these menus to be available, you need to:

1. Have MAS version 6.x installed on the server

  1. From SystemRelease, open any MAS ledger.

  2. From the Help menu, select About.

If your version of MAS is less than 6.0, please refer to the my.MYOB Product Downloads page, Australia  to download the latest release.

2. Install Reporter on the workstation

3. Check the Link.exe file

  1. Open Windows Explorer or Computer and navigate to the SOL64 folder.
    If you are unsure of this location, open System Release and from the Help menu, select About. Click Application Details and make note of the Installed location.

  2. Locate the Link.exe file.
    If this file is missing you will need to restore this file from a backup.
