Error: "11/Function argument value, type, or count is invalid" when creating a new document from the files tab

In MYOB Accountants Office (AO) Classic you may experience the error "11/Function argument value, type, or count is invalid" when creating a new document from the files tab.

This occurs when you use Microsoft (MS) Office version 2010, 32-bit.  If you use this feature MYOB recommends using the 32 bit version of MS Office 2007. MYOB AO is not currently compatible with MS Office 2010 64-bit.
