Error: "Cannot insert duplicate key in object in 'dbo.#DocList' when searching Documents

In MYOB Document Manager version 4.0.25 you may experience the following error when searching for documents in Document Manager via the Find Documents tab or inside the client's Documents tab:

Document Manager error:
violation of primary key constraint
pk_*doclist_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx can not insert duplicate key in object dbo.#DocList' The duplicate key value is (xxxxxx, x)

This error is caused by a corruption in the Document Manager index folders.

To resolve this issue you'll need to rebuild your Document Manager index by following the steps in Indexing documents in Document Manager.
