Error: "Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.TaxSbrSender_ActivityStatementAgent' ..."

In MYOB Accountants Enterprise (AE) and Accountants Office (AO) Tax, you may experience the error "Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.TaxSbrSender_ActivityStatementAgent' with unique index 'IX_TaxSbrSender_ActivityStatementAgent_AgentAbn_AgentNumber'. The duplicate key value is (-1, HealthCheck)." in the Server Event Log after installing AE/AO Tax 2017.0.

This issue occurs only affects prefilling and the Activity Statement Lodgement Report (ASLR) homepage where the PLS health check indicator will be red.

To resolve this issue restart the MYOB SBR Sender Server Service. For information on how to restart the SBR Sender Service refer to Restarting the MYOB Tax SBR Sender Server

PLS Lodgment will not be affected by this issue.
