Error: "Could not find stored procedure master...XP_Viz2CDS" when adding new client

In MYOB Accountants Enterprise Practice Manager (AEPM) you may see the following errors when adding or editing a client or employee after a server migration or an upgrade of SQL:

"Could not find stored procedure...master...XP_Viz2CDS" or
"Failed to create new Entity Solution6.VPM.Client.ClientFramework.frmWizard. The EXECUTE permission was denied on object 'xp_viz2CDS.dll, database 'master' schema 'dbo'".
