In MYOB Document Manager you may experience the error "DMFile.SentNewEmail. OutlookApplicationHelper.SentNewEmail We need to know who to send this to. Make sure you at least enter one name" when sending documents for approval.
This issue may occur where the Document Manager toolbar is missing in Microsoft Outlook.
To resolve this error, make sure that Document Manger toolbar is active in Outlook.
