ASIC force an automatic update to the EDGE password every 28 days. The number of days until your password expires can be seen on the fourth line of the Viewing session logs - "Days until password expires XX".
When the Days until your password expires is zero, ASIC automatically send a new password which is then updated automatically in Corporate Compliance.
If the automaticpassword update was unsuccessful, you'll receive the error "D01 - Invalid Username or Password":
If you continue to receive the E02 error after resetting your EDGE password, contact MYOB Support for further investigation
