In MYOB Tax when lodging using PLS (CloudAuth) you may experience the error "Exception http code : Notfound, status description : Not Found" when attempting to transmit a return.
This error indicates that the licence file has recently been renamed and you have not yet completed the on boarding process again to configure the ATO Access Manager website with your new SoftwareID.
To resolve this error ensure that you complete the on boarding processing again. For details refer to Setting up Tax using PLS
Once you have completed the on boarding process, restart the SBR Sender Service. For details refer to Restarting the MYOB Tax SBR Sender Server
