Error: "Fail to Add documents to Document Manager database Reason: Error executing SP"

In MYOB Accountants Enterprise Document Manager (AE DM) you may experience the following error "Fail to Add documents to Document Manager database Reason: Error executing SP" when creating a document.

This error is a result of the upgrade of MYOB Practice Manager (PM) that is not compatible with the existing Document Manager version.

To resolve this error you need to upgrade MYOB Document Manager to the latest version. 
Please refer to the my.MYOB Product Downloads page, Australia or New Zealand to download the latest release.

You may also see this message if MYOB Document Manager has been loaded on to the server but the workstations have not been upgraded. To upgrade the workstations please refer to Installing or Uninstalling AE Document Manager and Intranet workstation setup
