Error: "HTTP Forbidden lodging PLS returns" when attempting to lodge using PLS (CloudAuth)

In MYOB Tax version 2016.2 when using PLS (CloudAuth) to lodge you may experience the error "HTTP Forbidden lodging PLS returns".

MYOB is investigating this issue.

If your return is required to be lodged urgently, then you will need to temporarily revert back to ELS to lodge the return. For details refer to KB 38292: How do I temporarily lodge via ELS?.
