In MYOB Corporate Compliance (CC) you may experience the following error "Import contact error. The contact may have been removed from the AE/AO database” when accessing a corporation or person.
This error can occur when a contact in Corporate Compliance is not linked to a contact or client in the MYOB Accountants Enterprise (AE) or Accountants Office (AO) database. If the contact is not linked, changes to names and address will not flow into Corporate Compliance and consequently, fail to trigger the relevant ASIC forms.
