Error: "Import failed. Please call MYOB Support and quote Batch ID"

In MYOB Workpapers version 5.4.22 when importing a .mye file via Import client file on the Trial Balance (Workpapers) tab, you may receive the message "Import failed. Please call MYOB Support and quote Batch ID xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx to resolve this issue".

If you experience this error, download and run the MYE_Import_Failed_Reset.sql script then perform the import again. For information on how to run a script in MYOB AE/AO refer to Running an SQL script in AE/AO
